Where permitted by applicable law, title to and risk of loss for purchased products pass to you when the products are transferred to the shipping carrier.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for sales made between you and COOKER KING, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services purchased from COOKER KING.

THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT, OR CONTENT OR PRODUCTS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
