32 cm Pure Titanium Tri-Ply Wok
A premium tri-ply wok with a pure titanium cooking surface — no coatings, no chemical reactions, built for a lifetime of cooking.
The 32 cm Pure Titanium Tri-Ply Wok features a pure titanium cooking surface bonded to a reinforced tri-ply body. Titanium is biologically inert — it does not react with acidic or alkaline foods, and no coating is applied to the cooking surface. The tri-ply construction combines a pure titanium interior with a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum core. This provides even heat distribution while keeping the wok lighter than solid-steel alternatives. The result is a wok that heats responsively and is easy to handle when full. The micro-textured titanium surface works with cooking oil to provide smooth food release. Over time and with proper seasoning, the surface develops a natural patina that enhances non-stick performance. Titanium is highly resistant to corrosion and scratching. With basic care, this wok is designed to last for years without degradation of the cooking surface.

Before First Use — Seasoning Your Wok: This wok benefits from seasoning before first use to build a natural non-stick patina. 1. Wash with warm water and a soft sponge (no soap). 2. Dry thoroughly over low heat. 3. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the entire surface. 4. Heat on low for 10-15 minutes, then let cool naturally. 5. Repeat 2-3 times before first cooking.
Cooking Tips: • Use medium heat — pure titanium heats responsively. High heat is rarely needed. • Never heat the wok empty — always add oil or food first. • Let it cool before washing — thermal shock can warp the base. • Some coloration changes during use are normal — titanium develops a natural patina over time, not a coating defect.
Care & Use: Allow to cool before cleaning. Hand wash with a soft, non-abrasive sponge (no soap) and dry promptly. Avoid steel wool and harsh abrasive cleaners. Apply a thin layer of oil before storage to maintain the seasoned surface.
